Each brewer was tasked with brewing a coffee provided by the judges, which was then evaluated through a blind-tasting session. On the third and final day, December 1, the heat was on as the top 6 brewers faced off in a dramatic final showdown. The competition was fierce, and the atmosphere was electric. The event reached its peak when the results were announced, with John Eduard Inocencio emerging as the champion. Inocencio, representing Honoroast Specialty Coffee Roasters, impressed both the judges and the audience with his exceptional skills and passion for the craft.
